Wlad should play politics and threaten to vacate the WBA Title if they don't declare Povetkin, as just a # 1 contender, thereby forcing him to duck out of this position yet again.

This shouldn't be happening the Heavyweight Division. I know it happens at the lower weights but Belts are more important at Heavyweight.

Its the dumbest thing I think Ive seen in boxing. The Ring should just make a giant spinner belt like John Cena's and call it the WBCAIBOF title and fans should just consider every other belt the same as the European title or whatever. The only way to get the WBCAIBOF title is to beat the champ and if a fighter retires with the belt or ducks a mandatory then the belt should go into default and an 8 person 1 and done tourney should be held. You dont like the split, you dont want a tourney...you dont have to compete, but you move to the end of the line.

There should be one champ, the WBA should lose all recognition for this nonsense.

WBA decides not to give Wlad a belt and strips Chagaev of the belt (which should be Wlads)

Haye "wins" the Wba belt that should be Wlads, now he is WBA HW Champion.

Wlad Beats haye, but Wlad doesnt become WBA HW champ. They make him the first WBA Super HW in History. Thats 2 times now that Wlad should have the WBA HW Belt, he should still have had it since 2009.

now they put it against Povetkin - Chagaev. Povetkin wins and is the WBA Champ.

So my question is this, if Povetkin somehow finds the balls to fight Wlad and somehow wins, does he become the WBA Super HW champ and the WBA HW Champ?

Or does he get stripped of his WBA belt and only become the SUPER hw champ?

So why did Wlad even fight Haye? Wasnt one of Haye's selling points that Wlad didnt have the WBA belt? So what did Wlad get out of it? He still didnt get the belt.

WBA is shady as hell, they are scamming people along with Sauderland (Povetkin, Valuev, Haye) all with them. I guess they will just keep trading the fake paper belt between their fighters.

Wlad/Vitali need to blacklist WBA so other fighters follow suit. Its a big joke, that belt shouldve been his in 2009 and he has beaten 2 of the "WBA HW" belt holders since then but still doesnt have the BELT? While other fighters are fighting for it? One who he already beat?
