It's all in legal docs filed by Pretty Boy Floyd as part of his ongoing court battle with Manny Pacquiao -- this time, Mayweather responded to allegations that he was irresponsibly partying around the country instead of attending a court ordered deposition, for a case where Mayweather is alleged to have made remarks that Pacquiao was using preformance enhancing drugs.

Pacquiao can take the test if only to make the fight. Yes, I believe it will have some negative effect on his performance both real and imagined. But I doubt if it will be enough to give Mayweather any advantage. Floyd will lose all the same and badly. No way he can beat the Pac... and Floyd knows that.
