Will the outcome of the Cotto-Margarito rematch serve you as an indication....

Of how much is left in Cottos tank?

And would a win/loss change your opinion on Cotto, is Margarito a good measuring stick or not?

maybe. i think both are past their best, but cotto might have a little more left in the tank.

i dont think tonys face will hold up this time. i remember in the 1st fight cotto hit him with 3 straight left hooks right on the money. he might break w.e. it was exactly that pacquiao broke again. i dont think a win will do much for either man as far as being like a big star again in boxing. both have put in their work and have good names. this is more personally then anything imo.

That's a wait and see kind of thing. Both seem to mark up now as fights go on. I can't measure margarito yet as he's gotten his ass whipped by the last two top fighters he's faced. Same goes for cotto who lost to margarito and took a beating and cotto had to come in at 145 to fight Pacquiao. This is a good fight to see because neither has any real defense. Cotto seems fresher, but margarito might have his number. Two fists are always better than one.

It depends on how Cotto wins, if he loses he should definetly retire!!!

But he wont, if Cotto takes a UD and looks slow, look for him to try and get a pay day with Pacquiao and retire.

If he still in the game, he will TKO MArgo, and expect him to face Canelo, Cintron or Martinez next!!!

Cintron being the first choice at 147 I think!!

I think Cotto is fighting Marg because he's one of the few fighters he has a chance of beat at jmw. Cotto's too small for the weight, If he loses he should hang'em up before he takes serious damage, if he wins he should move back to 147 and get a few more fights in.
