WBA/WBO lightweight champion Juan Manuel Marquez believes a knockout is necessary in order to beat Manny Pacquiao on November 12 at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas. Marquez moves up to a catch-weight of 144-pounds to challenge Pacquiao for his WBO welterweight crown. In their two prior meetings, in 2004 and 2008, they fought to a twelve round draw and Pacquiao won a split decision in the rematch. Marquez considers both results to be robberies and he wants to avoid their third meeting from reaching the judges.
