Bute wants to prove that he should have been invited in the Super 6 !

In a french interview recorded yesterday, Bute said that he was never invited in the Super 6. It's easy to understand that he would have appreciate an invitation. IMO, the Super 6 tournament needed Bute to be valid. Now, we will see if the promotors of that tournament were blind or not.

Great fights are coming ! Good for boxing ! And for those who think that Bute is scared of any fighters of the Super 6, be prepare for Bute against the winner of the tournament: Bute wants those fights badly !

Kessler might not fight Bute soon though, because he refused a second offer with more money ( Bedard was also in that interview ) but he chose to fight Stieglitz. But with boxing negociations we never now everything and maybe Bedard will ask him a third time... i hope, it would be a great fight.

Ready for some great SMW fights ? Tell me what you think !

Wasn't he busying getting knocked out by Andrade at the time the tourney kicked off?

Either way, he certainly should have been there instead of Jermain Taylor.

I'll be a believer when I see Bute beat fighters on the level of the Super Six participants. So far, Bute has looked spectacular against good, but not great fighters - with the exception of the first Andrade fight of course. I fear that Bute may have wasted his talent fighting people below his level for too long. It might come as a shock to him when he fights someone like Ward, Froch or Kessler. I don't doubt his talent, but he just hasn't proved all that much so far.

I didn't know that it was important for Bute, in the interview, it's clear that it was. I understand him, he should have been invited. He was already a WC at the time so they have no excuse.

But the future is looking good, can't wait to see those fights !

In the first Andrade fight Bute was sick but he still was able to dominate for 11 + rounds.

In the rematch Bute was 100% and he annihilated Andrade !

I could never understand why Lucian wasn't brought in? I mean, the guy gets more paid fans in the seats than anyone else at 168, has a great record, and has a world title. Thankfully Showtime had the sense to lock him up to fight the SS6 winner.

            True !

Froch is so unpredictable with his awkward way of fighting that i'm really not sure about who's going to win.

I think Bute is better than those two fighters, but with the Johnson fight, we will know more about Bute.
