Accoridng to Universal Promotions, Cesar Seda Jr. (20-1, 15KO's) will now face Jose Silveira (18-4, 4KOs) of Mexico in a bout scheduled to take place at 118-pounds, at the Auditorio Juan Pachín Vicéns in Ponce, Puerto Rico. Seda, returning in his first fight since the loss to WBO champion Omar Narvaez, was originally scheduled to face Yan Barthelemy (12-2, 4KOs).
