According to reports in Panama, quoting Golden Boy Promotions Vice President Eric Gomez, the potential fight between WBA bantamweight champion Anselmo "Chemito" Moreno (31-1-1, 11KOs) and former titleholder Eric Morel (44-2, 22KOs) is getting pushed back to the end of the year, and might possibly take place in the month of November. Moreno was originally slated to make his Golden Boy debut, against Morel, on the Bernard Hopkins-Chad Dawson card on October 15th in Los Angeles, but those plans were changed. For now, Moreno has continued training under the supervision of coach Celso Chavez.

Lol Morel dont want this fight at all he gonna fight some no namer tomorrow then try to fight someone who actually brings money. He just looking to cash out on 1 last big fight cause he couldnt beat any of the current 118 champs. He went life and death with an old Gerry Penalosa in a fight that he should have lost and has pulled out of multiple fights already over the past few years. Him and his dad are always talking but never delivering, Moreno would make Morel look slower than he is and would UD easily.
