Agreed. Since the organization would have the same access to Manny as in US, what's the issue? If it does happen, I hope both fighters are in peak condition - hands in good shape for Floyd and no leg problem for Manny.

Exactly, but notice the ducking going on behind the scenes, manny is quoting arum and ****!!! It should be painfully obvious who's holding up the fight. Floyd already stated manny was next.... He already stated manny "would" take the goddamn test, he has already predicted paccquiaos loss, and now we have arum going off what sr is saying, well why wasn't he dragging senior into court??
