BoxingScene.com has been advised that former IBF junior welterweight champion Paulie Malignaggi (29-4, 6KOs) will make his return on the Bernard Hopkins-Chad Dawson undercard on October 15th at Staples Center in Los Angeles, California. Malignaggi will likely face Orlando Lora (28-1-1, 19), a Gary Shaw promoted boxer who already accepted the fight. Malignaggi-Lora would be the opening fight of the Hopkins-Dawson HBO pay-per-view.

Why is malinaggi still fighting? He got demolished by hatton and outclassed by khan! Who would like to watch a guy who doesnt entertain? The hopkins- Dawson is going to be a boring fight aswell. Defo watching steam on that not buying that PPV.

I realize if he wants to move up slowly and fight lesser opponents until he's comfortable at 147, but if that's the case why is he releasing call out videos on youtube and fighting on another PPV card?
