He was making a comparison to why Tiger is favored over Scott to win the next golf tournament.

He said "It's like Boxing.. take Roy Jones. I think he's lost or been knocked out in what? 7 of his last 11 fights? And he'll continue to be favored, just because he's Roy Jones".

Apparently he hasn't paid any attention to the odds on Roy Jones' fights.

talking about Tiger Woods being a 15-1 odds to win the next tournement and Scott is 20-1 and comparing it to roy jones saying he is favored in all his fights still saying even though he has been knockout 7 of his last 11 loses

He said "lost OR been knocked out in 7 of his last 11". That's not far from true.

But, he wasn't the favorite in all of them.
