Super middleweight Brian Magee is looking at a lot of big options after traveling to Costa Rica last week to capture the WBA's vacant interim-title with a decision win over Jaime Barboza in Costa Rica last Saturday. Magee would like to avenge a past defeat to WBC champion Carl Froch. He faces the WBA's super champion, Andre Ward, on October 29 in the final bout of the Super Six Boxing Classic.

I think Kessler destroys Magee. Froch would stop him late on after boxing his head off. This is the problem with boxing. The idea that Magee is a world champion is ******. There are two WBA champions above him. I say that boxers should abandon world titles and just focus on The Ring as the main organisation. No disrespect, but lets name the SMW fighters better than Magee. Dirrell x2, Ward, Kessler, Johnson, Froch, Bute, Taylor and then probably fighters like Green, DeGale, Quillin etc. Utter madness.

I could see Kessler fighting him in Denmark. Magee went to Demark before and stoppped Larsen. I dont think Froch would bother remtaching him unless he gets really stuck for an opponent. He seems to only want big fights.

Good to see Magee going after a real belt and a big fight. Even if it does mean he's gonna lose!

i think u can count the people begging for that fight on one hand, and most of them have the surname Magee.

It was a damn good fight, but Froch has improved about 10* more than Magee since then. Id like to see it, but Id like to see Froch about 10 other people ahead of Magee.

I like Magee, Id like to see him get another big fight but if he doesnt it isnt a big deal as he got the Bute fight. Magee v Groves or De Gale would be much better (more even) fights.

Kessler v Magee could happen though (even though there are MUCH better fights for Kessler)
