1. i think floyd will run most of the time
2. floyd is a minimal puncher
3. floyd is too cautios
4. pac will get frustrated from floyd's unwillingness to trade; pac's output will be reduced due to that

None of these mega fights ever live up to the hype anymore. I have no doubt that it would be a disappointing fight to watch with a predictable decision.
