Pavlik is a deeply disturbed mentally disturbed person with alcoholism issues and a tattoo problem coupled with the fact that he is not popular even in his own home town. Take away the beatings of a half brain dead jermain Taylor pavlik's career isn't much he hasn't really beaten anyone good and is just an average fighter with a below average trainer one of the worst trainers in boxing history in Jack Loew.
