A deal has been reached for a rematch between Hugo Ruiz, the interim-bantamweight champion of the World Boxing Association (WBA), and Francisco "Panchito" Arce. The fight is going to take place on September 17 in Los Mochis, Sinaloa. They first clashed in a very exciting battle on May 14, also in Los Mochis, with Ruiz winning a close decision. Ruiz, 22-years-old, has a record of 28-1 with 25 knockouts. Arce, 29-years-old, has a record of 31-7-3 and 22 wins by knockout.
