At Gimnasio Nacional in San Jose, Costa Rica, Brian Magee (35-4-1, 24KOs) bounced back from his loss to Lucian Bute, and won a twelve round unanimous decision over Jaime Barboza (17-5, 8KOs) to win the interim WBA super middleweight title. WAR MAGEE!!!!
was out on the piss last night and recorded this, there was a delay in the fight due to the bottom rope getting loose and my recording stopped with a few of rounds to go but Im surprised Magee didnt stop him, there was a big diference in size and Magee was pounding him with body punches, from what i saw it was a pretty one sided affair.
He's now the 3rd guy in the SMW division with a version of the WBA belt lol.Comment
