but look at where he started and the different weights! he has bought great KO power from Flyweight to Light Welter, is that not enoguh weights for you.. mosely said he has never been hit so hard so he must be hitting quite hard I suspect, Mosely and Clottey aint the type to be getting KO'd by even the divisions hardest hitters so what your saying is very open to criticism, these guys it would take something very special from someone with great power to take them out

If Pacquiao fights guys like Mayweather, Martinez, and Bradley, i'm pretty sure he'd get his ass beat.
I can see Mayweather and Martinez giving Pacquiao problems, but I'm not so sure about Bradley.

As for people that may say Pacs KO ratio at higher weights is only like 50% - the reason people mention his power is because everyone is surprised at how his power at 147 and above has scared the guys he's fighting.

I wish he would take the tests, but a lot of people have started to actually underrate Pacquiao as a result of him being heavily nuthugged - we have to remember this guy was p4p number 2 regardless when Mayweather was active and is one of the greatest fighters of this era without doubt.

He does need to take the tests though cos there will always be that doubt put beside his name due to his reluctance to test.

I've never seen anyone at welterweight with that combo speed at welterweight besides Leonard or ODLH. Maybe a few others, but it's extremely rare! I never saw Pac with that speed at 126....
Try to watch this (I was in attendance):

I have seen live Pac fights in lower weights (and unrecorded matches), in Philippines. All I can say is that Pac's speed has diminished when he's moving up on weight, though he is now more accurate.

He's too open for counters when he do that.
