Klitschko beat him right around the ring, dominated every round, but couldn't KO him. By the middle of the 11th rd, having overwhelmingly won the first 10, Klitschko wore down, and his corner ctopped the fight.

What is NEVER considered is that Klitschko was only 21-22 years old, weighed 225, and that THIS WAS HIS 25th FIGHT in 24 MONTHS. The FIRST 24 months of his career. He had overdone it and fought himdelf to a frazzle.

The Sanders fight was different, Klitschko wasn't prepared, and he should have been. BUT what is never-seemingly- noticed is that Sanders landed NO right hands, but Klitschko's left eye was badly cut. (How, and BY WHAT. I say a HEAD). And, most important, only a very few (yes they are there) noticed that Sanders' head arrived just at the same time as his fist, and smashed into Klitschko's forehead. You need slo motion to see it properly as it is almost simultaneous. But in MY opinion, it was THIS, which caused the 1st Klitschko KD, and left him vulnerable to the other KD's. Don't forget, he kept getting up. it was a TKO.
In other words, Wlad lost both fights.

The other is either an accident butt or fouls if deliberate. Both cases tarnish the win. In the case of this fight, Lewis pretty much damaged up Vitali's face, and messed up his eye. A doctor had no choice but to that due to serious injury caused by Lewis' work, had to be stopped.

Nothing at all wrong with that IMO. And it's satisfactory enough because punches were landed by Lewis and doing damage, **** sake, nothing out of the ordinary here at all. And nothing to cry about.
There was NO serious damage caused to Klitschko's eye. Are you aware, that Klitschko appeared on a TV Special exactly 10 fays after the fight to specifically show everybody, that there was NOTHING wrong with his eye.

The "eye dangling down his cheek" crap and "face hanging off" ..."fight had to be stopped to save Klitschko's sight" etc, crap, HAD to be put to rest, and at that time Klitschko was relying on his mistaken impression that "Lennox is a Gentleman and will honour his return promise"......which were the words he used.

He deliberately SAID that he was appearing on this show ONLY to SHOW everybody that his
reputed badly damaged "eye" (actually eyebrow) was perfectly recovered, was only a "flesh cut" and that there was not even a single sign that there ever had been an injury. He said..
"look..not even a scar" all healed".

The report after the fight was that Klitschko was having his cosmetic surgeon repair the eyebrow-there was no damage to the eye- and in fact he did a good job. The below eye bruise and the 2 'paper" cuts were of no consequence whatever.

These facts are REAL FACTS and can be verified by the records, and pictures taken immediately after the fight. I mean the REAL pictures, not the FAKED ones that anti-Klitschkoites just love to churn out time after time.

Even the immediate after fight Video, which shows Klitschko jumping up in rage after hearing the fight was stopped, shows that BOTH his eyes were wide open. Yes, he had bits of cotton wool sticking to his few cuts, but that was a temporary, between-rounds thing, and had the fight gone on, they would have been removed.

It's about time all the lying crap by Lewis supporters was stopped. I kow that most of them are ****** and can't help it, but there are some, just as malicious and jealous as Lewis himself, who keep the pot boiling........

one uppercut from Lewis and Wlad would drop like a tree, he has no chin whatsoever

he wouldnt be able to hide behind his jab due to lewis style and reach, and we all know wlad cant take a punch without seeing birds circling his head

no doubt about it? if rahman and mcall right hands could knock lewis cold what would a wlad right hand do to him? I think it would have been a toss up fight

Dr. Pearlman Hicks, a California-based plastic surgeon, said in a telephone news conference that 60 stitches were required to repair four cuts on Klitschko's face and one cut in his mouth. Hicks also said he thought it would take 60 to 90 days for the damage to heal, and that it could take up to six months before Klitschko could safely fight again. Klitschko said he would most likely request the World Boxing Council to order an immediate rematch.
If that was not a legit cut stoppage, then cut stoppages should not exist in boxing. I cant think of many worse period, none off the top of my head.

              WRONG

Lewis found it easier fighting people near his own height, he could throw bombs and fight more openly.

Michael Grant took a career beating, he never was the same again

Shannon Briggs, Andrew Golota, Tyrell Biggs, Glenn McCrory, to name but a few

Vitali also took one hell of a beating

IMDAZED old boy, I have never said that Klitschko did not lose the fights, but just pointed out that there is MUCH more to a fight than just the bare Boxrec result. the real reasons for some losses are normally NEVER even looked at, except by the observant and those wanting all the facts.

Who ever mentions that Jack Dempsey, before he lost to Gene Tunney, was not the fighter he should have been because he had been living it up HARD in Hollywood for nearly 4 years, really retired, in fact. Didn't he also marry a film star?? I think her name was Estelle Taylor, but could be wrong.

Or that poor Jack Johnson, in his 26 rd fefeat by Jess Willard, hadn't been able to train, had a potbelly (as pictures of the fight show) was 37 (hard) years old, that he beat Willard all over the ring (6 inches shorter, mind) for 25 rounds, but basically collapsed when hit in the 26th, worn out. Who mentions that this fight was made deliberately the way it was, to MAKE SURE that Johnson could NOT win.....it was a 45 round fight, in other words a FIGHT TO A FINISH, like the bad old bareknuckle days, since Johnson, especially in age (37) and his condition (unfit) could not be expected to last more than 10-15 rounds...... They HATED him and had to get rid of him, and get the Title back......They did.

I like to dig into things if I see either in the fight, or in the reports, that something does not exactly fit. Put it down to my former legal training......or just nosiness. But I like to KNOW the truth. It doesn't always work out.

In a former life I was once a "troubleshooter" for over 7 years.

Was this the doctor who did the actual sewing? Or just an opinion. Inside mouth cuts normally heal by themselves, much quicker than outer skin cuts. I can't see that the 2 cosmetic under eye cuts needed any kind of stitches, they barely cut the outer skin.

I think most of the stitches had to be on the eyebrow, which was a "Y" shaped gash, of which there were no traces 10 days after the fight, in a special YV appearance to show everybody that the ref was wrong..

I wonder why-and how_ a doctor can violate the Hippocritic Oath and dish out personal medical information to a newspaper reporter without leaving himself open for severe penalties from the Medical Council, as well as Civil financial penalties??
