Neither has an iron chin.
From 2006 to 2011, Haye has been down twice and Wlad has been down zero times.
Wlad has only ever been knocked down by hard-punching heavyweights, Haye was put down and on ***** street by Lolenga Mock, a super middleweight.
We'll have a more certain answer to this question after Saturday's fight.Last edited by The Hammer; 06-30-2011, 10:29 AM. -
The worrying thing about Wlad though is when he looks like he is in trouble and the bell goes to save him. He has 1 minute rest but he looks as if he is in as much trouble when he comes out for the next roudn and dont seem to shake the effects off.
Whereas haye goes down but by the time he has got up, he has shaken it off a bit.
Haye seems to get hurt by nothing punches sometimes though on the top of the head.Comment

First of a;ll you must get your facts STRAIGHT. Haye has been down and OUT. Klitschko has been down but NEVER OUT. And in his 2 famous defeats there were circumstances beyond his control and nothing to do with the actual fights. I have dealt with these in great detail the past and don't need to do it yet again. I realise it's a pure waste of time, considering who i am tying to educate.
A little example. Klitschko's famous 3 KD against Sam Peter were, each and every one a fake. The Commentators and analysts remarked on them. Rabbit punch........ missed left hook and rt hand shoulder grab and push down........... Tripped back against ropes and bounced to the canvas and got up immediately. The ref, Randy Neuman was blind, but klitschko won every other rd. on all cards, a complete boxing lesson. He mentioned the pseudo KD's obliquely in his after fight interview.Comment

Oh, by the way, as to your topic, Klitschko has a good chin. Haye has the worst chin by far, if we could only see it properly. If he shaved, maybe we'd see he had hardly any chin at all............Practically no chinless wonders make it big in boxing, for more than a little while.First of a;ll you must get your facts STRAIGHT. Calzaghe had an iron chin and he got downed loads, it's the ability to get up and get the win which is the mark of a good chin. That's something Haye has proven he can do, and what Wlad has failed to do on more than one occasion.Neither has an iron chin.

I remember Sam Peter hitting Wlad with a big right-hand in their recent fight.
He took it.
But I was surprised. Back in the day that would have put him on his arse.Comment

Haye was down and out vs Thompson? dude got put down and got up and got smashed around and was out on his feet.. the towel got thrown in. He was never down and out in the professional ranks.. his corner threw the towel in
Who has the stronger chin? who knows.. i don't think either has a good enough chin to be able to eat much of the others best shotsComment
