The prospect Nando Bailarin (7-1-1) will hold his ninth match in as many months, since returning from his retirement in September of last year. This time the opponent will be Jos� Mar�a Garc�a (5-3) in a six round collision that headlines a card put together by Premium Boxing Promotions at the Fantastic Casino in Panam. After losing by close decision in his March 2006 pro debut, Bailarin walked away from the sport for four and a half years.
