According to a report in The Sun, WBA heavyweight champion David Haye is not happy with the referee selection for his July 2 unification with WBO/IBO/IBF champ Wladimir Klitschko. Haye has reportedly protested over Chicago referee Genaro Rodriguez being picked to handle the unification showdown in Hamburg. Rodriguez was the referee for Klitschko's wins over Derrick Jeffersen, Frans Botha and Eddie Chambers, but he was also the referee when Klitschko was knocked out eight years ago in two rounds by Corrie Sanders.

I don't think the ref will play a large role in this fight. If Wlad wants to hold, then he'll hold no matter who is the ref. If Haye wants to throw rabbit punches, then he will do it also. Both of them use some dirty tactics, and with HW it's really hard for a referee to stop them from doing so.

we all know klitschko holds a lot...haye should just hit him to the body everytime wlad starts to hold..just like segura did to calderon everytime he tried to hug him...then he kind of stopped it
