What?? Is Austin the gate keeper to the division. Solis and now Stiverne never fought a ranked fighter and they both end up fighting the used up Austin for a title opportunity. The heavy division is so sad, and the ranking bodies are even sadder!

Why all the pissing and moaning? I'll be interested to see if Stiverne can get rid of Austin, who appeared to have little left last time out against Solis.

What the hell is the "Silver Championship?" And how da hell did Austin get in line for another eliminator? Not only did he lose his last contest, he lost it by DQ...

This fight shouldn't be a WBC eliminator.

Stiverne doesn't have a single win over a top 100 heavyweight, and Austin was in the last WBC eliminator and lost by DQ. Stiverne is ranked #74 at heavyweight by BoxRec.

I can think of many other heavyweights who are more deserving.

No doubt. There has been an effort to hype Stiverne as of late, so let's see if he can get rid of Austin in grand style. Solis was so out of shape that ended up waltizing around in drunken fashion, both he and Austin exhausted.

Austin is still top 10 WBC& stiverne holds 2 regional belts.if other contenders want title shots they need to target a couple regional belts in a sanctioning body.welliver,Tua,stiverne & banks have regional titles.stiverne has don king promoting him...that alone gets him in line.he win 3 regional belts beating a can...don king is a genius
