    Staples Center, Los Angeles, California - The opening bout saw Alejandro (Alex) Luna of Bellflower, CA improve his record to 6-0 but sees his knockout streak stop at 5. He grabbed a well earned decision over Cesar Garcia. Both men traded shots openly with Luna seemingly landing the heavier shots but he was also open for a lot of Garcia's countering. Scores of 40-36 three times improve Luna to 6-0 (5 KOs) while Garcia falls to 3-7 (1KO)
