Undefeated Russian boxing queen Natascha Ragosina (22-0, 13 KOs) was forced to cancel her comeback to the ring after a year and a half of inactivity. Ragosina was scheduled to return to the fight game on June 18 in Ekaterinburg but now this fight is no go. The hot 6’0” blonde from Magdeburg, Germany, by way of Karaganda, Kazakhstan, who is a face of Russian female boxing and one of the most recognizable female prizefighters in the world, was unable to find any lucrative opponents after weeks of futile searches. According to her agent Anna Kholmovskaya, it’s for the fourth time in a year and a half when Ragosina is forced to cancel her performances due to a lack of possible opponents.

A shame, but this is what happens when a sport that never really took off declines even further. At her age a switch to MMA isn't likely, so she may have to simply retire.

yeah they have some really good female boxing in magdeburg. i recall christina hammer from the february zaveck-delgado undercard here in slovenia. iirc she's also cleaning up her division pretty fast.
