I don't think it's RJJ because a lot of people will remember the horrendous end to his career.

I don't think it's BHop, because losses to Jermaine Taylor could hurt him a bit, but he's up there for sure.

I personally think it is Whitaker, however, historians will say it is Pacquiao I think. When we look back, people will talk about him beating the big 3 featherweights, then going on a rampage beating people in bigger weight classes. So I think it's Whitaker, but I would put my house on it being Pacquiao as it stands.

If Wladimir beats David Haye, I'm going to have to take some serious consideration for him. He's been cleaning out the HW scene for a long time, and by the time he's retired, it's going to look more impressive. Moving up in weight classes is overated imo.

How is fighting 1 ranked fighter in the HW Division "cleaning out the division"?

          Haye hasn't cleaned anything out.

His HW run is currently an utter joke.

Trust me, years from now when each of the listed fighter are spoken about when it comes to all time greatness this man will be above these other fighters, a specimen of a man.

And I'm not hating of the other fighters either but c'mon, it speaks for itself
He was actually only the "very best in the division" for 4 of those years.

Wladimir is running out of opponents because of his dominance. If he sticks around for another 3 years, he's higher.

Pernell Whitaker - not alot of bad memories like some below
Roy Jones - could have been ? #1 if he retired about 7 years ago
Bernard Hopkins - could be #1 on this list with a few more wins
Marco Antonio Barrera - way underrated on this board
Floyd Mayweather - fight a top fighter or each other
Manny Pacquiao - fight a top fighter or each other
Wladmir Klitschko - shame no one to fight but his brother

                    That's a fair comment.

But that doesn't change the fact Haye hasn't cleaned out the HW Division and it doesn't change the fact his HW run is a joke currently.

He needs Haye on his resume despite him being more a hype job. Haye is athletic with incredible speed, something Wladimir has difficulties dealing with. Beating Haye is a descent win.. If Wladimir can reign for a couple more years then we can collectively talk about the reign of Wladimir. To note there are a couple of decent HW's coming up so if he can manage to dispatch of these guys he needs to be taking more seriously. Wladimir hasn't exactly ducked fighters either. It's a shame Vitali overshadows Wladlimir sometimes, I think his brother holding the WBC Belt hurts his legacy.
