BoxingScene.com has been advised that a deal has been reached for an IBF junior welterweight eliminator for the #1 position, between #3 ranked Victor Cayo and #4 ranked Lamont Peterson. I'd assume so, but would also like to know....
This is a decent scrap, nothing major but should be good. I've only seen Cayo against Maidana, wasn't really impressed for as long as he was in there, but hopefully this turns out to be fairly competitive, even though I expect Peterson to win a clear UD.
