Wald has no respect for the rules of the sport. When he runs into a rule that does not benefit what he wants to do, he calls people in power to try and get around it and if he fails then he cheats. He has an ego that won't quit and as he always wants to be at the top of whatever he does, he will be at the top as the worst commission board member in the United States.
