Hugo "Cuatito" Ruiz (27-1-0, 25 KOs) defends the belt against Francisco "Panchito" Arce (31-6-3, 22 KOs), who promised to follow the road of his brother. Panchito is the younger brother of Jorge Arce, who won the WBO super bantamweight title last Saturday with a knockout of Wilfredo Vazquez Jr.
