glad i corrected myself earlier about waiting for further details. gamboa didn't use the hand pieces. she probably just wanted to "get back at him" - females do this **** all the time. of course he still shouldn't have put his hands on her period, but the lawyer is right - this just sounds like a personal matter between him and his wife
