Comments Thread For: Darchinyan: If No Donaire, Mares, I'll Go To 122 or 126

IBO bantamweight champion Vic Darchinyan wants to return to the ring as soon as possible. Darchinyan had a very impressive victory two weeks ago when he battered former champion Yonnhy Perez over five rounds. Darchinyan wants to fight Abner Mares or Nonito Donaire next. If he's unable to get a rematch with either man, he's willing to move up to 122 and even to the featherweight limit of 126-pounds.

Someone's holding up the Vic-Nonito rematch.

      Vic: Got a mirror?

He could win a rematch with Mares, but he should forget about Donaire, it would be worst than his first match

he'll go to sleep at those weight as well, he's too small, although i think he carries his power with him, i don't think that chin will hold up.

I like Darchinyan, but I don't think he wants to do this.

Seems like he has his hands full at 118.

darchinyan's style always makes for a great fight. if he does move up, id like to see him fight gilliermo rogandeux, excuse my spelling. i think that would be a good fight for the fans.
