Comments Thread For: Mandela's Daughter, Mayweather-Pacquiao Lawsuit Update

Beverly Hills, CA - Michael Lodge, speaking on Ms. Mandela's behalf and for those companies involved in the Pacquiao vs Mayweather potential South African bout stated that, "At no time was there a contractual or implied business relationship or agreement between Ms. Zindzi Mandela and Mr. Duane Moody. No contracts were initiated or signed, nor were there any verbal agreements made with Mr. Moody regarding any alleged terms and financial considerations".

was it definite? was it communicated? was there commitment? essentially, was there a "yes-able" proposition made? sounds like there wasn't. contract law says all major aspects of an agreement must meet the aforementioned hurdles - if the financial terms were never agreed upon, no contract. this is arbitrarily silly - just keep trying to make the damn fight anyway! just call it a late bday celebration - or wait until his 94th birthday! maybe mandela can keep singing about killing hte boer's in the meantime.

Let's stop this article about Pac v Floyd, it's just Mayweather is afraid of Pacquiao and will never fight him as simple as that.

This just goes to show how crazy ****** people are when potential big events happen. I'm sure no one from Pac or Mayweather's camp even heard of this crazy stuff.

What's the point in suing someone for a fight that is never going to happen?

What a ****ing mess the vacationer done with these people. They're spending thousands of dollars, probably millions, dealing with PBF. Haha... I still can imagine old Bob Arum scouting for a venue in the first negotiation. He found Dallas Cowboy Stadium! Poor old man. He thought the fight was on the bag. He then employed a mediator and some scientist just to convince lil Floyd, all to no avail. Can't picture how much he'd spent in those two negotiations.

Here comes Ms Mandela and some unknown broker who are crazy enough to deal with a vacationer. What a ****ing mess.
