DeCubas NEEDS to put Carlos Velasquez to fight more!! The kid has talent, he's good but doesn't really fight much..Or maybe Velasquez needs to get rid of DeCubas!!Cause Velasquez became a pro before Gamboa(who Velasquez beat in the amateurs for the Gold medal in the central american & caribbean games) & before Lara, yet Lara & Gamboa already have more fights than him!! Gamboa is already a world champion & might be working on a 2nd weight class world title, while Velasquez is stuck wasting away his time & career..

I was able to to chill with both Velazquez brothers and Arroyo brothers at the Lopez-Marquez bout last november and asked them about their (Velazquez) future....they didnt wanna tell me exactly what they were going to do but I think they want to go with Top Rank. Who knows, maybe they are just waiting out there contract.

Now we can know for sure whixh fighters we wont be seeing in the ring ever again. Anyone and everyone G Leon has touched just seems to never fight again. I would sigb with DKP before these guys.

I checked with Juan Carlos Velasquez and he told me he fights in a week or two and his brother Carlos Ivan fights in May and may be televised so its about f**** time they are putting them in the ring.
