so this all happened because donaire is complaining to not having his three fights a year contract being breached or fulfilled but arums defence lawyer daniel petrocelli is arguing that due to donaire injuries he is not able to have his three fights due to health reasons and now bob has also bought in a former judge to analyse and try to resolve the problem?

so because arum is not giving donaire a three fight a year deal because of his supposed injuries if he does have any and is looking out for his fighter and then donaire in return is trying to break a contract or go to someone else because of this along with the fact that top rank won the right to promote donaire over golden boy? good luck with that donaire but i got Bob winning this one

Whether Arum wins or loses this should be a wake up call. Give your fighter real competition or risk them leaving you for another promotional company. Not everyone is Pacquiao and is satisfied with fighting bums.
