Vernon i think would have alot more trouble with Manny considering Manny's awkard style, angles, USE of speed and the fact that he LIKES fighting guys who are taller than him. Vernon has the most trouble against guys who are very unorthodox and awkward, hence why Mayorga got the best of him. Manny is even more unorthodox and considering his other attributes, he's all wrong for Forrest.

Floyd as bold as this sounds is tailor made for Forrest. Vernon's jab would give Mayweather problems. If you notice, guys who press the jab on Floyd give him problems. Mosley during the first two rounds was doing well with his jab. Judah was outjabbing Floyd. De La Hoya did very well with the jab BUT didn't commit to it like he should've. Ike Quartey would also be a nightmare for Floyd.

Besides De La Hoya, who has Floyd really foughten in the past 10 years with a very above average jab? The Shoulder roll wouldn't do much because Forrest can still get to him. Plus the way Forrest squares up against you can give counter punchers problems since his range is distorted. Kinda of like how Castillo, even in the rematch when Floyd was 100%, was still able to disrupt Floyd'd timing at times because of how he squared up against him. Plus Forrest would use his size to his advantage and effectively.

    Pac > Vernon > Floyd > Pac.

God rest Forrest soul, Manny too small, To open for punches, ko'd his style is awkward when he throws but he is easy to hit. Floyd would turn and counter all night, height and reach isn't everything, Corrales, DLH and G Hernandez both had height and reach, You say he had trouble with Mosley, DLH and Judahs jab, Judahs yes, but it was more Judahs straight left, DLH not so much was landing ineffectively hence the reason he went away from the jab and tried big flurries. Mosleys jab set up one shot, then it was non existent, Floyd takes away your advantages and the one thing some fail to realize is you always say well it was working, well Floyd is one of the greatest in fight adapters ever. Floyds hands are too quick, having power has not.shown to ever bother Floyd, you can't break his mentality or confidence. He outboxes and out jabs Forrest. I mean come on guys, Mayorga out boxed him, mora beat are you say they could get it done but he can't, I know styles make fights, but Floyds styles matches up with any style. and lets get something straight there could come a.day Floyd loses but you are not gonna knock him out. period, if you know.anything about boxing you should know this.

I don't think he beats Floyd at all. I say this because I heard Floyd gave it to him several times in sparring and team Mayweather was actually looking for this fight back in the day as they were extremely confident in Floyd beating Vernon. I 100% sure Floyd saw things in Vernon's game, when they worked together, that he could easily expoit, which is why I would put a huge amount of Money on PBF UDing him. FWIW I actually think Floyd makes it look easy......no offense to the late Vernon Forrest.

Not really. Pacquiao and maybe Trinidad are the only two WW in the past 20years or so that I see possibly beating Floyd.

I don't even like Floyd, but I see him dominating Vernon something terrible......kinda like he did Shane last May.

however, pac's southpaw stance and awkward angles would give vernon trouble as well.

Vernon's uppercuts..right hands..and bodyshots would have Fanny on the canvas.

If Clottey can hit Pac AT WILL with uppercuts....I cringe to think what Forrest would do to him.

Manny tears Vernon's @ss up as well. I think Vernon benefited from knowing Shane as well as he did, which is why he looked so spectacular. Kinda like Tarver figuring out Roy. Neither were as good as advertized, and while Vernon was a solid fighter, I just don't see him beating Manny or Floyd.

Pac doesn't even have a defense...he's wide open down the middle for Forrest's right hands and uppercuts.

Floyd matches up better with Forrest than Pac...because he's mastered defense.

Clottey threw 15 punches and still had Manny looking like he fell down an elevator shaft..lol

Vernon would be like a giant version of JMM for Pac

Manny can't fight on the inside and would get timed by right hands withy ease.

Pac's TOTAL lack of defense would be his undoing.

                      At least Floyd can defend.
