Former female boxer, and current all pro boxing trainer Ann Wolfe, who was James Kirkland original trainer. Have recently parted ways but it doesnt mean that she has lost any love for James whatsoever. Kirkland who was returning into the ring in his third fight in less than a month, after being released earlier this month from an Austin, Texas, halfway house. Lost Saturday to a journeyman who wasn't listed as a hard puncher in Nobuhiro Ishida who only had 6 knockouts and 6 loses. This was the most shocking lost in recent memory, some say Tyson vs Douglas may only be the biggest. Wofle who is training her fighters for the Junior Olympics, including her daughter who happens to 8-0 and is ready to turn pro soon. Took a few minutes to talk about a fight she really didn't want to speak on.http://ning.it/ekeKob

thanks a lot.
wow, she really needs to come back and be his trainer.
"seventy round sparring, you know how i do it." WHAT? haha..
and you really think people didn't knock him down in sparring? he got knocked down before he got locked up...man, he should've taken it easy, 3 fights in 5 weeks is unheard of in this day and age.Comment

"it really hurt me to see James on the ground like that, it really just took my heart to see that." Wolfe told *************** "I think the ref should have let James continue, but to see him go down like that was not a good sight for me to see. I would have not let him fight three fights right away, i would have said James your not fighting for atleast three months so he can get the training in he needs to get back ready. Seventy round sparring, you know how i do it."
Wolfe speaks the truth. They moved him too fast, instead of working him in the gym for an adequate amount of time.Comment
