SALINAS, PUERTO RICO - Undefeated Cesar Seda, Jr. (20-0, 15KOs) in his final pre-weigh-in was unable to weight over 121 pounds, which is equivalent to 5% above the 115-pounds required by Professional Boxing Commission. He topped the scale at 121 pounds. After some light training which included three rounds on the bag, three with the mitts and three on the rope - Seda was 117 pounds.
