It says he's dying but he doesn't look all that. For sure he looks like someone that went through a lot, cancer treatment, but he's talking normal and everything, I dunno, did he recover or not?

it's stage 4 cancer and he declined to undergo another round of chemo this past xmas which could prolong his life by another couple of months.

so to answer your question, he's dying.
