The legal adviser for Celestino Caballero, Rogelio Espiņo, has sent an offer to Osvaldo Rivera, the promoter for WBA "regular" featherweight champion Jonathan Victor Barros. Caballero and Espino have no problem with the proposed date of June 4. They are attempting to bring the fight to the Arena Roberto Duran in Panama. They know the task won't be easy. Caballero is Barros' mandatory challenger.
