Floyd's inactivity is hurting the sport and he should just retire for good!

Whether you're a fan of him or not, you can't deny that his inactivity is hurting the sport. He's one of the best p4p boxer in our generation and for him to sit around not giving the boxing fans status on his career is straight up garbage.

If the only fight that makes sense is Pac, then why not just retire for good since that's not gonna happen? You can blame Pac for not getting the fight made, fine, it didn't happen but guess what? Pac moved on and everyone else is willing to fight him. This is why it cracks me up how some of you are very passionate about this OST issue. Let's say it IS Pac's fault, then what now? Pac obviously moved on and fought other guys who were willing to follow standard commission rules - so Pac is happy and so are his fans who just wants to see him fight.

But what about Floyd?? The Pac fight didn't happen, so what now? I don't know what the hardcore Floyd fans really want from him. They support Floyd by talking nonsense about Pac, when Pac moved on. What's Floyd status? Why can't he fight someone else and move on like Pac did? No worthy opponents? So why not just straight up retire for good since Pac will never fight Floyd? I don't understand what's so complicated. What do Floyd fans really want from Floyd?

I don't really care what he does, for me he can stay retired or in vacation whatever he calls it.

I honestly believe he wants to retire, but he is afraid that if he does, the world will forget about him. Look what happened the first time he retired, boxing moved on and found itself a new heRo...He is deathly afraid of being forgotten. This explains why he does what he does ouTside of the ring. He needs to feel important. He needs to feel relevant. He just doesnt wanna fight.

But I'm specifically talking about Floyd here and what his fans expect from him. Don't you agree that he should just retire since there are no worthy opponents out there for him except Pac? And Pac will probably never fight him?

I tell you what hurts the sport more....Elite fighters in whack ass PPVs against shot fighters.

I rather Floyd do what he's doing, instead fighting in a garbage PPV.

I believe so also. Let's not forget about his official retirement years ago. He was all crying and wiping tears on his face. (Been trying to find that vid.) The occasion was very ceremonious and all the drama you'd only see in a movie was there. That's why I think he knows that he will be a laughing stock if he repeats that thing again. He's trying to figure out how to do it this time.

So you'd rather see Floyd posting pics on facebook of his fiance and what parties that he attends than see him in the ring against contenders like Mosley, Margarito, Cotto and Clottey?

You sound like a prototypical ***** with no shame.
