Braehmer is not, as this author says, "for sure a champ and a good one at that." He is a paper title belt holder who has yet to defend against anyone in the division's top 25. He was handed a paper title by Universum without ever having to fight another titlist. He is a decent fighter and the Cleverly fight will be a good one, but up until now, he has done little at light heavyweight to earn this author's high praise.
