Former champion Israel "Magnífico" Vazquez (44-5, 32KOs) is considering a return to the ring in April or May of this year. Vazquez has not fought since last May's three round knockout loss to Rafarl Marquez in what was their fourth contest. The two boxers are tied with a 2-2 tally between the four fights. Vazquez would like a fifth fight to break the tie but he's not going to sit around and wait for it to happen.

In contrary to what everybody else here says. I don't mind seeing him come back.

Boxing is what he does. Its how he makes money. Be it for financial reasons or simply because he loves the sport let him continue... who are any of you to say he should retire?

You guys ain't the ones paying his bills now are ya? This goes for any boxer you think should retire... If you want them to retire so much then start sending them money. It's easy to say oh man that guy is shot he should call it quits when you aint the one paying the bills.
