I want to see the Prescott fight. A perfect Friday for me would be Khan-Prescott announced, Hosni Mubarak stands down, Suleiman begins negotiations with El Baredei and the National Coalition for Change.

I do not like this fixture looks like Sky are pulling another Haye Harrison on the British public. At the expense of boxing and Amir Khan! It would be so much easier to hype up and show the Prescott rematch.

If it is, it's a little disappointing IMO. Witter is a few years past his best, I think Khan now has what to takes to beat the best Witter so I don't think Witter has much of a shot.

Khan vs Witter is going to need a strong undercard.

They should have Robert "Steven Luevano" Guerrero fight John Murray on the undercard.

They should also have Kell Brook against Vyacheslav Senchenko on the undercard as well.

What's wrong with Khan fighting Witter?

Aren't you all forgetting that this is just a "keep-busy" fight for Khan. He wants to fight 3 times this year, yet you are all hating on him when he's only trying to stay active. The Bradley-Khan fight will happen in July so let him fight whoever he wants now.

Some people were complaining about McCloskey saying that he's an unproven bum, then some people complain about Peterson because he lost to Bradley and was gifted a draw against Ortiz, then some people complain about Prescott because he's a bum. Witter is a former world champion, he's an experienced fighter with an awkward switch-hitting style.

His only 3 losses are against world champions (Judah, Alexander and Bradley). He's certainly not a bum.

I don't think this fight will happen though because Witter's got a fight in February so I don't think he'd be ready for April 16th, also he said he couldn't make 140lbs anymore so he's moved up to 147, so unless he's going to weight-drain himself for a payday, then I can't see it happening.

I just don't like all the hate he's getting. He's a quitter, yes, but Alexander is worse :P
