Unbeaten Saul "Canelo" Alvarez is not worried about the recently filed lawsuit by promoter Felix 'Tutico' Zabala of All Star Boxing. Zabala filed suit in Florida on Wednesday against Golden Boy Promotions. He claims to have a valid promotional contract over Canelo and further claims Golden Boy had knowledge of the contract and still signed Canelo to their company.

From what Saul Alvarez says, it seems he 'thought' he was only signing something that was for a work visa. I think it's obvious Feliz Zabala tricked him into signing a four year contract that the fighter seemingly didn't know what he was signing. I would never put my signature on anything like that without having a lawyer look at it first...

the problem is that the judge will go with whats in the contract, whatever they say to him to sign the contract will be taken as hearsay in the court...
if the contract says 4 years of exclusive promoter rights for all his fights then its a lock for zavala...

btw i read somewhere that zavala paid him 180k total for his first 9 fights, thats ****ed up, if thats true this clown should be prosecuted..
