James can be excused from that insult given his ‘body’ of work. Arreola get’s no pass…

arreola is changing his ways from what has been said as of late.

at least he has a new trainer in shields, who will get him in shape and improve his skills.

toney does need to lose a few more, but is skilled enough tbh.

          lol,ayone for Toney Vs Arreola?

A trainer does not get a fighter in shape. It is the fighter's responsibility to come into training camp already in shape. A trainer is simply there to help a fighter make technical improvements in boxing and most important develop a game plan to beat the opponent.
