Joelo Torres, who in 2010 was shocked in the first round by unheralded Leo Martinez, intends to rebuild his career in Puerto Rico and he's currently preparing to return in March at 140 pounds. Torres, with a record of 11-1 and 7 knockouts, was campaigning in New York for the past couple of years.
