According to WBC mandatory challenger Jhonny Gonzalez, the fight against featherweight champion Hozumi Hasegawa will likely take place in late March or early April in Tokyo. As reported last week, Gonzalez's promoter Reginaldo Kuchle, Akihiko Honda of Teiken Promotions reached an agreement before last Friday's purse bid was scheduled to take place.
