      not really

Evander fought harder punchers, and he took their punches

Bowe did stop him, but just once in 3 fights

I just don't see Norton able to stop Evander

(and please don't bring Toney up, it's irrelevant)

LOL. Jr. did try boxing and got KTFO.

I take Holy against most all time greats prime for prime.

I don't know, Norton Jr. looked pretty good when punching the goal post.

Holyfield probably wins a good fight. Norton had the style that gave good boxers problems, he wasn't as successful against big punchers. You can call Holyfield a boxer-brawler. While he wasn't a huge puncher, he had a terrific left hook, and his accuracy and timing enabled him to hurt guys known for having good chins. For instance, Holyfield by no means was as powerful as Lennox Lewis, but he hurt Ray Mercer with that left hook worse than Lewis did in their fight a year later. And Lewis hit Mercer with a lot of good right hands.

Norton had that tricky cross-arm defense. Foreman had a similar defense, Holyfield was still able to hit him consistently, of course Foreman was 125 years old. Though I do I think Foreman did fairly well with his defense of absorbing some of the power during that 17 punch or so combination in round 7.

I'll go with Holyfield by competitive decision.
