    Carlos 'El Indio' Quintana (27-3, 21KOs), the former WBO welterweight champion, will now fight on February 18 in Ponce on the card to be presented by Universal Promotions in the coliseum Juan 'Pachin' Vicens. He aims to make a statement at 154 pounds and challenge Sergio Martinez, the king of the WBC at middleweight, or Miguel Cotto, the WBA champion at 154-pounds.

    he wont get a big fight anymore.He should target angulo,canelo,lara,vanes
    or someone like that.

      quintana, i know some of his family back in pr. ive met him a few times, dude is mad cool. real humble guy. i hope he can put 2gether a few wins at 154.

        Agreed.

        Vanes and Lara would be excellent fights for him.

        But hes a gatekeeper right now.

        He never should have fought Berto at 147.

          i think carlos vs canelo is the best fight for him....that would be a great win for him if he could pull it out. and you also have the mexico vs PR angle with this fight

            agreed. he had no business at that weight. but he is still a good fighter and could give anyone hell on any given night. hopefully he can string some wins together for a final run.

                    He can probably fight the winner of Yuri-Wolak and be competitive also.
                    He also has the movenment/skills to beat Clottey in UD.
