If Zbik is the mandatory then it's up to the mandatory if he wants the fight or not. The mandatory can say he doesn't want the fight, it's not like he's going to get stripped of the title he doesn't hold, or get fined. He just loses his number1 ranking.

Maybe the WBC didn't enforce the fight anyway. SM is fighting Dzinziruk ain't he anyway?

Zbik was set to get the fight but HBO rejected it. Yeah Sergio is fighting Dzinzurik who is not his mandatory. Williams was not the mandatory.

So I find it very hard to believe Haye is gonna be forced to fight Chagaev by the WBA just cos Wlad has signed to fight Chisora.
