Khan is rumored to be defending his WBA junior welterweight title against Lamont Peterson. McEwan works with Khan's trainer, Freddie Roach. The two boxers are promoted by Golden Boy Promotions. The up and coming fighters is pleased to finally receive a showcase fight in the UK. Before the April date, McEwan will take a fight in Mexico on January 28.
