Comments Thread For: Klitschko-Solis Close, March 19 Eyed, Purse Bid Delayed

BoxingScene.com has been advised that a deal is very close for Vitali Klitschko's mandatory defense of the WBC heavyweight title against unbeaten challenger Odlanier Solis (17-0, 12KOs). A purse bid scheduled for later today has been postponed to provide both sides with additional time to finalize the terms.

Its looking more and more like its going to be Vitali and Haye facing off in the ring.

Haye wants absolutely nothing to do with Vitali. I'm not one to call any boxer scared, but David is literally terrified of Vitali. Just watch any video of those two together.

This is good news. It means that at least one Klit will be fighting a top 5 heavyweight this year.

Yes -- with good reason Haye is frightened of Vitali.

It's not Vitali's fault if the fat **** wants to eat donuts all day instead of train.
